Is RTF Properties a real estate developer or the official project builder
No. RTF Properties is an independent, authorized real estate channel partner and consultant. We are not the project developer or legal owner. We work directly with developers to provide transparent project information, schedule private site visits, and guide buyers through the primary booking process.
Is RTF Properties registered with MahaRERA?
Yes. RTF Properties is officially registered with the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority as a Real Estate Agent under Registration Number A031182600909 (valid from 30/04/2026 to 29/04/2031). RTF Properties provides project consultation, comparison guidance, and developer walkthrough assistance for primary residential developments with zero buyer-side brokerage. Our professional channel partner remuneration is settled directly by authorized real estate developers in accordance with statutory guidelines.
Does RTF Properties accept booking cheques or property consideration?
No. RTF Properties never accepts property purchase consideration, flat booking tokens, or allotment funds into its bank accounts. All booking payments, application tokens, and statutory fees must be drawn directly in favor of the respective developer’s MahaRERA-designated project bank account.
Does RTF Properties provide rental or leasing services?
No. Our operations focus exclusively on primary developer sales, residential acquisitions, and long-term property investments. We do not offer rental, leasing, or tenancy management services.
